Sarah Meek is a vocalist, songwriter, and arranger based in Cardiff. Since graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in 2016, she has performed extensively across the UK and internationally. Known for her powerful, versatile voice and engaging stage presence, Sarah draws from a wide-ranging musical palette and regularly collaborates with some of the country’s leading musicians.
Outside of performance, Sarah is deeply committed to making music accessible and meaningful. She teaches jazz, musical theatre, and popular styles of music, and works as a choir director and community musician, using music as a tool for healing—particularly with adults with additional needs. A keen writer and environmentalist, she is currently studying for a second degree in BSc Environmental Science, exploring the ways creativity and sustainability can work hand in hand.
