"Sarah thank you so much. You have been a real find! They both love singing and have only said good things about you."

Parent of students

"Sarah is a brilliant teacher! She is a lovely person, full of hugely enthusiastic life energy, that makes learning with her tremendous fun and rewarding. She is highly creative and versatile, with a playful repertoire of ideas and methods that enable her to adapt to her student’s abilities.

I thoroughly enjoy my weekly sessions, which are a fun highlight of the week. Oh, as a bonus, I seem to be progressing also!"

Adult Learner- Rob Stratton (psychotherapist)

"I have been a pupil of Sarah’s since 2020 and she has guided me patiently towards greater singing prowess and confidence. Sarah was my third teacher and she picked up smoothly from where my other teachers had taken me, mainly gaining confidence in the American Songbook. From that standpoint I have progressed through many singing styles and genres including scat singing, duets and improvisation. Sarah has a great mix of enthusiasm and knowledge and, as my teacher and accompanist, has led me from a very nervous, untutored sound to writing my own songs, singing at public events and recording concept songs with a band. Sarah has been an excellently skilled travelling companion on my singing journey and every aspect of her support, including an on-going introduction to theory, has been first class."
